Breakfast- minimal, at a NYC Marathon party: two small pieces of cheese, a handful grapes
Lunch- 1 lb red seedless grapes
Dinner- 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts, some raw milk cheese
I don't like that I lean heavily on cheese and nuts. I feel good these days but from experience I know that I'd feel even better if I ate mostly greens and fruit and few nuts. I felt a little blue today and I suspect that in large part its due to coming down from the chocolate high that I had from eating the Raw Revolution bars yesterday. I'm not sure that I'ready to let go of them yet.
