Pre-breakfast- 1 cup hot black tea

Breakfast- Green Smoothie: 5 apples, 4 kale leaves, 1 slice fresh ginger, 2 tbs Chia seed soaked in 1 cup pure water

Lunch- 7 bananas

Snack- 16 Medjool dates

Dinner- 1 glass organic red wine
