Breakfast- Green Smoothie: 5 Fuji apples, 4 large kale leaves, 1/2 large lemon, 2 heaping tbs chia seed soaked over night in 1 cup water
Yesterday I made it through the caffeine withdrawal -had an energy slump and a little blueness. I took an afternoon nap and I went to bed early(for a Saturday night). I woke up in the middle of the night with a caffeine withdrawal headache. For me, a caffeine withdrawal headache is very specific and located in the the top of my head/brain. The headache was gone when I woke up this morning and I feel fine.
Lunch- 2 bags Alive & Radiant Kale Krunch, 3 pkgs Gopal Nori Power Wraps, 2 pkgs Emmy's Organics Macaroons
Dinner- 5 large succulent crunchy celery sticks
