Raw Food Log, 2010, 3/23...
On Tuesday:
Breakfast- a 64 oz smoothie of 4 large Navel oranges, 1 quart strawberries, 1 large head baby bok choy
Lunch- 20 oz fresh Jamba Juice orange juice, a large salad of Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery
Dinner- 20 oz fresh Jamba Juice Orange orange juice
Snack- a handful of dried Goji berries
Believe it or not the the smoothie tasted like Campbell's Cream of Tomato soup from my childhood -in a good way not bad. It was a very curious experience. I'm thinking that the high mineral content of the bok choy combined with the acid fruit to create that tomato soup flavor. The raw version is better!
