Breakfast- about a gallon (it was a lot, I didn't measure) of home made fruit salad -oranges, blackberries, blueberries, qiwi, strawberries, grapes and pears
Lunch/Dinner- Two bags Jungletreats raw Kale krisps, 8 pieces Didi's carob fudge Sun Gems
Until today I had never tried Jungletreats kale crisps and I think I prefer the other brands. This one was too rich for me. The Sun Gems were tasty but I admit this was a raw junk food meal. I don't feel hungry and I don't have a desire to eat anything more, but the meal, if you can call it that, wasn't very satisfying.
Today is day 40 all raw and my personal commitment to give up cooked for 40 days of lent is complete. I'm feeling really good about being 100% raw again and I see no need to change things. I intend to keep it going one day at a time.
