Breakfast- 64 oz green smoothie(five gala apples, one peeled lemon, 1 1/2 cup Chia seed gel(2 tbs seed), 4 large kale leaves
Lunch- aprox 17 Medjool dates, a large salad from Bread Market cafe (Romaine lettuce, double cucumbers, celery)
Dinner- 32 oz fresh Jamba Juice orange juice
I'm writing this in retrospect and I don't recall what I ate on Monday, I know I had dates for lunch. Tonight's dinner was the easier thing to have in the short amount of time I had between work and teaching a yoga class at Integral Yoga.
