Breakfast- 64 oz smoothie(1 head Romaine lettuce, 6 large bananas, two cups Poland Spring spring water)
Lunch- 24 oz fresh Jamba Juice orange juice, a large salad from Bread Market Cafe(Mesclun greens, double serving cucumbers, chopped celery)
Dinner- Didi's Mac n Cheese crackers, Aimee's Livin' Magic crackers, Kookie Karma crackers(a few of each), 2 oz Dr. Cow cashew "cheese", Artisana raw tahini, 3 small carob Raweos.
It looks like I ate a large dinner but it wasn't a large quantity because the food was so rich I was sated very quickly. But the same ole story, this type of raw food doesn't digest well in my stomach which was still working on it when I woke up this morning (Thursday).
