Breakfast- 1 pot home brewed ginger tea(fresh sliced ginger, 1/2 stick whole cinnamon, 3 cloves, steeped in very hot, not boiling, distilled water); 4 Raw Revolution Organic Live Food Bars (2 Raspberry & Chocolate, 2 Chocolate & Coconut)
Lunch- 64 oz smoothie(6 bananas, 1 head red leaf lettuce, 2 cups distilled water)
Dinner- Living Intentions nuts, 4 packs of Gopal dehydrated nori sticks
I really enjoy this leisurely breakfast while I sit by my window and watch the sun come up over the buildings in the east. It's a peaceful, full, quiet, introspective few minutes. I like the Raw Revolution Bars; however, one of my many mentors, Dr. Douglas Graham would certainly frown at the fat content, among other things. Today, I'm letting it be okay.
