Breakfast- 64 oz smoothie( 1 bunch dandelion greens, 1 1/2 quarts fresh strawberries, 3 large Navel oranges)
Lunch- 4 Medjool dates, large salad(Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, celery)
Dinner- open faced sandwich(2 slices Life Force "bread" topped with Dr. Cow Macadamia nut "cheese" and a sliced Hass avocado; 4 pieces Didi's fudgy carob sun gems
