Breakfast- 64 oz smoothie (4 large apples, 4 large green kale leaves, 1 tbs chia seed soaked over night in 1 cup water, 1 peeled lemon, 1/4 lemon peel, 1 cup cold water)
Mid morning- 20 oz smoothie (oranges, strawberries, pineapple), from food cart on west 53rd street across from the Folk Art Museum
Lunch- 20 oz orange juice from Jamba Juice at Broadway & 53rd, Romaine lettuce and cucumber salad from Bread Market Cafe on West 52nd Street
Dinner- 4 juicy sweet creamy champagne mangoes
I included the 1/4 lemon peel in the breakfast smoothie because I like bitter flavors, but this was a large lemon and just a little too much peel, still edible/satisfying, but just a little too much.
