Pre-Breakfast- 1 1/2 pints blueberries
Breakfast- 1 whole Durian
Lunch- 64 oz smoothie (1 large head red leaf lettuce, 7 bananas, 2 cups cold water)
Dinner- 3 large Champagne mangoes
Durian is one of my favorite foods. I haven't had one in a long time and yesterday I went to a market in Chinatown where I bought 2 whole frozen durian. Today I ate all of the first one except for about 3 tablespoons of fruit and I still have one more to eat -something delicious to look forward to.
In case anyone is wondering what "pre-breakfast" is, I don't know. I didn't know what to call the snack I ate very early, shortly before I went for a run.
