Breakfast- 64 oz green smoothie (6 large Navel oranges, Romaine and Red leaf lettuce)
Lunch- 11 fresh medjool dates, 3 sticks of celery
Dinner- 2 large Champagne mangoes and 4 small Champagne mangoes
Feeling good today -very energetic.
