Raw Date, 2011.05.05, Thursday...
I have not been 100% raw and it is really hard for me to write when I'm going through one of those periods. That being said, I know that it helps me when I stay checked in here. My current strategy is to eat as much raw as possible -just keep loading up on raw and trust that the cooked will fall away. I've been in this place before. Man, it's hard to give full disclosure about this stuff. Here it goes...
Breakfast- Three conventional muffins, one small coffee
Lunch- 64 oz smoothie (7 bananas, large head red leaf lettuce, tsp each of raw macca powder and bee pollen, 1 cup cold water)
