Pre gym workout- 1 cup hot black tea
Breakfast- a smoothie: 1 pineapple, 1 stick celery, 1 head Greenleaf lettuce blended in Vitamix
Mid-morning snack- 1 pint Blueberries
Lunch- 7 medium sized bananas
Late afternoon snack- 1 pint Blueberries
Dinner- a salad: Romaine lettuce, baby arugula, a lot of tomatoes, 1 tbs raw almond butter, juice from 1/2 line; 1/2 cup raw pistachio nuts
