Before Gym- 1 cup hot black tea

Breakfast- a smoothie: 1 pineapple, 2 navel oranges, 1 head Green leaf lettuce, blended in the Vitamix

Mid morning snack- 1 pint blueberries

Lunch- 11 Fresh Medjool dates and 14 celery sticks

Afternoon snack- 1 pint Blueberries

Dinner- 10 Medjool dates
