Breakfast- a smoothie: 6 large Navel oranges, 1 large head Red Leaf lettuce, blended in the Vitamix
Morning snack- 1 pint blueberries
Lunch- 2 pints blueberries
Afternoon snack- 8 Medjool dates
Dinner- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts, 8 cocktail tomatoes
