Raw Date, 2011.06.18, Saturday...
Breakfast- a smoothie: 7 bananas, 1 head Green leaf lettuce, 1 cup cold water, blended in the vitamix
Lunch- 2 bananas, 1 champagne mango
Dinner- cooked meal at a restaurant
I met a friend for dinner at a restaurant and I planned in advance to eat a cooked meal. It tasted good while I was eating it but afterward I didn't feel nearly as satisfied as when I'm eating a smoothie or a fruit meal. On top of that it didn't sit well in my stomach -my stomach felt like I had a rock in it and this is very different from feeling full and satisfied after having a large smoothie or fruit meal.
