Breakfast- two quarts strawberries sliced and drizzled with honey from hell -the Hell's Kitchen, Clinton Community Garden!
Lunch- 14 apricots, 1/2 head Green Leaf lettuce
Dinner- a green smoothie: one bunch Dandelion greens and 6 large navel oranges, blended in the Vita-Mix
I suffered today from consuming too many pistachio nuts last night. My brain was clogged with fat and I felt foggy and cranky. It really took all day for me to feel normal.
I watched a documentary about Ayn Rand and it made wonder how the freedom to choose one's food and to take responsibility for one's health may be related to Ayn Rand's Objectivist philosophy.
