Before morning gym- 1 cup hot black tea

Breakfast- a smoothie: 7 bananas, 1 head Romaine lettuce, 1 cup cold water, blended in Vitamix

Lunch- 2 quarts strawberries, sliced and drizzled with honey

Afternoon snack- 1 Gaia melon
