Breakfast: a smoothie of 6 medium bananas, 1 head Red Leaf lettuce, 2 sticks celery and 1 1/2 cups water
Snack: 2 Medjool dates
Lunch: 24 oz fresh Jamba Juice carrot juice, 1/2 large head Romaine lettuce
Snack/Dinner: 8 Medjool dates
