Breakfast- 1/2 large watermelon, 1 coconut date roll, a few pieces of Chunks of Energy
Lunch- 1/2 large watermelon
Dinner- 1 1/2 half Florida avocados & 2 large tomatoes chopped and mixed with a small bit of white onion; Seaweed salad with a spoonful of almond butter, small cup of miso soup
I know, I know, melon should be eaten alone. Actually about 30 minutes passed between the watermelon and the date roll & CoE.
At dinner, my friends ordered take-out from a Japanese restaurant and I decided to try the seaweed salad and the miso soup. The Seaweed salad was tasty, especially after I added the almond butter. The miso soup was mistake- too salty. My ankles and calves felt swollen within a short time afterward. Once again, it's an example of doing the same old thing and expecting different results.
