Breakfast- 1/2 large watermelon
Lunch- the best smoothie ever: 1 quart strawberries, 8 Medjool dates, 2 heaping tablespoons of almond butter, filtered water
Dinner- 3 large tomatoes chopped, 1 large cucumber chopped, a handful of pumpkin seed, fresh lime juice, about 1/4 cup (or less, it was the remnants in the bottom of the bag) raw cashews
I did 118 push ups today(in four sets: 50-28-24-116 )! I've never done that many; I'm not sure if I've ever done 50 in a set, but I must have at some time or another.
