Breakfast- 1/2 watermelon
Lunch- 2 Florida avocados & 20 Medjool dates, both chopped and mixed together with shredded coconut and fresh lemon juice
Dinner- a salad: Romaine and Red Leaf lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, baby bok choy, fresh corn, tsp tahini, kim chee, tiny squirt of tamari, pine nuts
The Florida avocados are an acquired taste, especially if your used to the rich and creamy Hass avocados. The Florida avocados are more watery in texture and have a more mild taste. It must be avocado season because I'm seeing all kinds of different avocados in the stores, short ones, skinny ones, tall ones, fat ones, and I'm planning to try them all.
