Raw Food in Vail...

For Wednesday, May 30, 2007:

Breakfast- 5 large Navel oranges

Lunch- 7 mangoes

Dinner- 2 pints Cherry tomatoes, sliced, 2 avocados diced, 7 cashew nuts, 1 small slice Miss Lillian's carrot cake

It has taken me several days to feel normal after eating that cauliflower concoction I made on Sunday.  My whole system has been just a little off since then.

Cassie Pence, of the Vail Daily, has written a piece about raw foodists in Vail, CO.  I'm always interested to hear about what raw foodists are doing in other parts of the world.  In Vail they have Potluck gatherings just like the rest of us.  I didn't like reading, once again, about how time consuming and labor intensive the raw life is.  Also, there was little or no mention of fruit!
