Breakfast- raw granola with fresh apple juice
Lunch- wild rice salad and a beet/vegetable burger from Jandi's in Oceanside
Dinner- Matter of Flax No Bean Hummus, flax crackers, Macadamia nut "cheese", sliced tomatoes
Clearly today was a "heavy" food day. The raw deli food at Jandi's is consistently good, not always what I'm looking for but consistent in quality.
