Raw Food log, 2007, 10/6...
On Saturday, 10/6/2007...
Breakfast- 12 oz green juice from Bob's Health Food store in Long Beach, NY; 6 sliced oranges with 1/2 cup raw cashews
Lunch- 4 1/2 bananas sliced and topped with 2 tbs tahini, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries marinated in honey
Dinner- From Jandi's in Oceanside, NY: raw Spinach pate, dehydrated carrot and herb crackers, sliced strawberries, 5 Didi's Mac & Cheese crackers
Lunch was reminiscent of an ice cream sundae. At the bottom of the bowl was a rich tasty sweet strawberry/tahini/banana flavored "soup".
Today was a beautiful beach day. I soaked up the sun and went swimming in the ocean. I enjoyed it but it is a little unsettling from a climate change perspective.
