Breakfast- a large smoothie: 1 pint blueberries, 1 banana, 1/2 pint strawberries, 2 large peaches
Lunch- at a family gathering in a restaurant: carrot sticks, celery sticks, asparagus spears; mixed greens and vegetable salad
Dinner- a large salad: Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, dill, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, pine nuts, home made honey mustard lemon dressing
