I came very close to eating the exact same menu as I did yesterday, Tuesday.
Breakfast- 1 very large cantaloupe
Lunch- about 2 1/2 lbs grapes
Dinner- a salad of Romaine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh corn, tahini, fresh lemon juice, green onions and a few other herbs; 1/4 cup cashew nuts
On Monday night at the Raw Health and Happiness Society, Joel's friend Nini Norrman from Stockholm came along. Nini's been a practicing raw foodist for many years. For four years she ate exclusively grapes, of all varieties. Currently she eats mostly grapes, but also includes occasional avocado and raw potato. She appears to be the picture of health. She has firm pink skin, bright eyes, and vitality to spare.
