The Chicagoist writers strike me as a jaded, adventure phobic group. They bought Cafe Gratiude's new raw cook book to review and then refused to try any of the recipes. They "aren't ready to tie [their] diets up to [their] spirituality." Someone should tell them that their diet is already tied to their spirituality.
