Terrific chapters on notable raw foodists, scientific, and convincing anecdotal evidence advocating the raw food life. Joe's story and his earthy sincere style is motivating.

HOOKED ON RAW, by Rhio: A beautiful, vivacious, modern day raw food medicine woman, Rhio shares tremendous insight along with an extensive selection of raw food recipes. Hooked on Raw is one of the most thorough and sincere books on raw food philosophy and preparation I have read- and tested!

RAW KNOWLEDGE, by Paul Nison: In Raw Knowledge & Raw Knowledge II, Paul interviews numerous raw foodists worldwide and provides insight into their opinions and philosophy.

RAW SECRETS- The Raw Vegan Diet in the Real World, by Frederic Patenaude: In order to experience a greater level of health using the principals of raw foods there are certain key concepts to know and avoid.
